The problem is that often you want to browse the Internet on different webpages and don`t want to activate these elements, so you can do this with this interesting plug-in for Internet Explorer called Flash and Pics Control. It lets you, from that browser, activate or deactivate according to your needs the following elements: Flash animations, cookies, ActiveX, Java Scripts and Applets.

Flash and Pics Control installs a new button in the Internet Explorer browser bar and from there you can control abling or disabling these elements as you want.
